Reflection - IS 130
Over the course of the semester, I've made progress in some areas of my educational journey, and in some areas I may have fallen back a bit. Regardless of my position, I have learned valuable lessons and material thanks to this information systems course.

One think that has stuck out to me - don't be afraid to ask for help. A lot of the time it has been small things, but whether it's me asking my group-mates for their input on my part of a case study, or helping another group with their work on an activity assignment, asking for help is something that, though it can be something big, it is usually something small that most people will be happy to help with if it is something that they understood already.

Another thing is time management. Being a constantly-developed, but ever important skill, it is still something I feel that I have learned about this semester. Often given limited time to complete a case study assignment, it was important for us to learn as a group how to properly delegate and complete our assigned parts on time. Using modern technology, namely the website Canva, we were able to do this much easier, as this technology allowed us to collaborate on our projects online in real-time.

Finally, I think something I have been able to reflect on thanks to the nature of this course is the importance of pushing our life forward. With much of the material of the course being concepts that are easily applicable to real-world problems, even concepts that were only surface level, and thanks to the instruction and experiences shared by Professor Iriberri, I had the opportunity to reflect on the important fact that there is no better way to learn than by doing. With all respect to Fresno State university, I hope I can get out soon and start to learn for real.
